Personnel policy


Company philosophy of personnel work:
Source of sustained competitive advantage of our company is represented by the people


Personnel work is established at values and principles resulting from company Code of Ethics:
Open, positive company culture, loyalty to the company, professional and ethical conduct, teamwork and concern for staff development, regular communication at all level

Objectives of Personnel Policy in company:
  • balanced number of employees with regard to economic and professional needs of the company
  • stabilized relationships of employees and company based on the principles of company identity, loyalty, teamwork and mutual support, professional development and adequate working and social conditions
  • utilization of individual abilities of each employee – reliability, creativity and professionalism
  • adequate level of internal company culture – respecting ethical and social standards, observance of internal regulations and applicable acts
Instruments of Personnel Policy:
  • development and rigorous application of HR systems – ensuring efficient employment of personnel, their evaluation and motivation, broad company communication, training and development of professional and social standard
  • support of a teamwork, satisfaction and health of employees – sharing experience and traditions, providing employee benefits, ensuring health protection of employees and environment
Main responsibility for implementation of Personnel Policy is taken by Human Resources department personnel and managers at all levels.
